We believe great experiences don’t end at checkout. Below is exactly how we ship so you know what to expect.

Processing Times

  • In‑stock items: We aim to process within 1–3 business days.

  • Small‑batch & handmade items (e.g., candles, body care, incense): Please allow 3–7 business days to pour, cure, or hand‑finish prior to shipment.

  • Print‑On‑Demand (POD) books (e.g., 90‑Day Journal, Coloring/ Vision Board Books): Printed and shipped separately by our POD partner. Typical production 3–5 business days plus transit 3–7 business days.

  • Preorders / backorders: Estimated ship windows will appear on the product page and in your order confirmation. We’ll email updates if timelines change.

Processing times exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.


Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Carriers: We ship primarily via USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx. The available options for your address will appear at checkout.

  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and chosen service.

  • Free shipping thresholds: [Optional placeholder: e.g., “Free U.S. standard shipping on orders $75+ (after discounts, before tax).”] Remove or edit as needed.

  • Signature required: [Optional] You may select signature confirmation for added security where offered.


Delivery Estimates (U.S.)

  • Standard: ~3–7 business days in transit

  • Expedited: ~2–3 business days in transit

  • Express: ~1–2 business days in transit

All transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, peak season volume, and carrier delays can extend delivery windows.


Tracking & Split Shipments

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves our facility.

  • Your order may ship in multiple packages (for example, POD books ship separately). You’ll receive separate tracking numbers when applicable.


Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please confirm your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout (including apartment/unit numbers).

  • Need an edit? Email support@bountyandbliss.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After processing begins, changes may not be possible.


Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, or Damaged)

  • Damaged or wrong item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

  • Marked “Delivered” but not received: First check with household members, neighbors, or your building/management office and allow 24–48 hours for a possible late scan. If still missing, contact us— we’ll guide you through a carrier claim.

  • Stolen packages: Once a package is confirmed delivered to the address provided, theft claims are handled via the carrier and/or any optional shipping protection you selected at checkout.


Undeliverable / Return‑to‑Sender

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or delivery attempts exceeded:

  • We can re‑ship (additional postage will apply), or

  • Refund the product price minus original shipping (if any) once received and inspected. Restocking fees do notapply to shipping policy outcomes unless combined with a product return under our Return Policy.


Warm‑Weather Guidance (Heat‑Sensitive Items)

Some products (e.g., body butter or oil‑based items) can soften or melt in transit during hot weather:

  • Please bring packages indoors promptly upon delivery.

  • Allow items to return to room temperature before opening/use. Texture changes from heat do not affect performance.

  • We are not responsible for heat damage occurring after confirmed delivery, but we’ll do our best to help troubleshoot.


P.O. Boxes, APO & FPO

  • P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS services.

  • APO/FPO/DPO: We support shipments to most military addresses. Delivery times can vary.


International Shipping

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees: Assessed by your country’s customs agency and paid by the recipient. We cannot predict or control these charges.

  • Customs delays: May extend delivery beyond carrier estimates.


Holiday & Peak Seasons

During high‑volume periods (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, December holidays, etc.), processing and transit may take longer. We will post order‑by dates and any cut‑off times on our site and social channels.


Local Pickup or Delivery
