The Reset Wasn’t Just for You, It Was for Me Too

Let me tell on myself for a moment.

I launched the Reset Era Challenge with the purest of intentions:
To help other women reclaim their peace.
To offer tools that could ground, guide, and soften.
To share what had helped me through my own seasons of burnout, loss, and rediscovery.

But somewhere in the middle of it all…I lost the plot.

I found myself constantly checking views.
Refreshing analytics.
Wondering why certain reels weren’t hitting.
Frustrated that I was “showing up” but not seeing the results I thought I deserved.

And that frustration?
It nearly derailed me.

Because I realized, I wasn’t just creating.
I was chasing.
Not purpose. Not service. Not flow.
But validation. Metrics. Numbers.

And that’s not why I started.

The real reset wasn’t just in the content.
It was in the way I had to reset my own mindset around what I’m building.

I created the Reset Starter Kit, the Journal, the Affirmation Deck, not to be trendy, not to go viral, but to build a legacy of healing, intention, and impact.

But I had started treating my content like the product, when my actual products, my offers, my business, were taking a back seat.

That was the real lesson of the Reset.

It reminded me:

• My job is to sow the seeds, not obsess over the harvest.
• My content is the invitation, but it’s not the whole house.
• If I’m not promoting my products, nurturing my audience, and staying aligned with my brand vision…what am I really doing?

So I took a breath.
I stepped back.
And I realigned.

The videos are still up. The message is still real.
But my focus is different now.

I’m not chasing views.
I’m building vision.
And from now on, I trust that the right people will find what I’ve made, exactly when they need it.

Because I’m not here to go viral.
I’m here to create something that lasts.
